We all have good habits and bad habits.
Let’s talk about the good habits.
If you want to learn a language, you have to get into the good habit of using the language on a daily basis. Even just 10 minutes a day.
There are many excellent ways to do this. You can find a language partner. You can take a class. You can tweet on Twitter. You can watch short youtube videos.
And, you can journal in a notebook or sketchbook.
What is a journal?
A journal is like a diary with words and artwork – even messy or childlike artwork. Your journal is your voice. Your journal is your experience.
Your journal is YOU.
When you write and do art in your journal, you record the things you see, experience, remember and think about. Journaling in English will help you improve your language confidence.
The 21 Day Journaling Challenge Course helps you get into the daily habit of using English.
The journaling theme is simple–Your Daily Life.
All you need is a sketchbook or notebook and some basic art supplies.
For 21 days, you will do creative activities to help you learn and remember English language words and phrases. You will write in English and you will sketch, colour, paint, doodle and glue things to your journal pages.
It’s a lot of fun. You build the habit of using English everyday. And you appreciate and notice what’s around you. You are motivated. In English.
